I know it's ideal to eat freshly m...(((hugs)))<br /><br />I know it's ideal to eat freshly made things where possible, but (when I remember myself) I try to make some extra portions when I've got the energy and freeze for those days when I'm completely wiped out (although I'm lucky in that OH can and does cook when I'm going through a really painful period - but he works as well and as we try to avoid most processed foods I try to have some stuff in the freezer that can just be pulled out).<br /><br />The pain has lessened of late (not completely, but to the point where although tired, I've not had days when I can barely move for a little while) - funny that, as everything else points to being pregnant making it worse - and whilst I'm very thankful for it, I still can't shake the fear of when it will all come back again.<br /><br />I hope you can get some rest and the swelling eases :0(Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15734121298247594075noreply@blogger.com
